This dog has been suffering in a neighborhood in the city of Focsani for over 2-3 weeks (maybe even better) and no one "saw him".

All those who passed by him without even writing somewhere, on Facebook, on "TikTok" on something… "otherwise you stay on social networks all day" How do you let it look like that?

It's incredible where your empathy has gone. Shame.Shame Romania!
